At JAQ the Label, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Returns

We want you to love your purchase, however if you have received your order and it is the incorrect size or you have changed your mind we offer a 14-day return policy. You may return for another item at the same or similar cost or request for a refund ( please see below refund policy)

To be eligible for a return with us, your item MUST be unworn/unwashed with original tags still attached and in the same condition that your received it. You also need to provide us with the order number or proof of purchase for the return to be completed.

 

If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return.

 

Please contact us in regards to starting the process of a return. Once done so and instructed to we will confirm the return address to send your purchase to.

*Return shipping will be at the customers expense.*

 

Refunds

Please contact us via email before sending your purchase back to us that you require a refund on.

Once we have received your returned items we will inspect the issues that have been outlined in the email that you initially sent us. We will then send you an email notifying you with the next steps that will be taken.

 

If the refund is approved, we will then process a refund back onto your card that you paid with. We can also offer a store credit if requested or where appropriate.

 

Sale Items

Please choose wisely when buying sale items as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind items.

Please Note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.

If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are returning an item valued at over $50, you should consider using trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
